Partnering with Carson Wealth’s leadership team, Form Function Studio approached the project as both an architectural and organizational opportunity—designing a space that supports trust-based client relationships while empowering internal collaboration, clarity, and future growth.
The Opportunity
Carson Wealth presented an opportunity for Form Function Studio to engage deeply with a values driven financial advisory firm seeking to translate its mission, vision, and culture into the built environment. As a company built on long-term relationships, trust, and stewardship, Carson Wealth required a space that could communicate credibility and confidence while remaining approachable, human-centered, and forward-looking.
Early discovery and culture work revealed that the physical environment needed to do more than house teams and meetings—it needed to actively reinforce the firm’s identity, support evolving work patterns, and elevate the client experience in moments where trust is formed and affirmed. The office was seen as both a workplace and a strategic tool: a place where advisors build relationships, teams collaborate across disciplines, and the brand is experienced personally rather than passively.

The Solution
Form Function’s solution emerged from an intentional visioning and programming process, grounded in culture discovery and operational needs. The resulting plan organizes the office around a clear hierarchy of spaces—clientfacing, advisor-focused, and support functions—creating clarity in both movement and use. Entry sequences lead guests naturally into reception and client experience areas before transitioning into more private advisory and operational zones.
Architecturally, the layout emphasizes clarity, balance, and proportion. Client experience spaces such as reception, conference rooms, and boardroom environments are positioned to reinforce trust and professionalism, while advisor offices and internal collaboration zones are carefully distributed to support focused work and organic interaction. Shared amenities—such as huddle spaces, kitchenettes, and informal meeting areas—are intentionally placed to foster connection without disrupting core advisory activities.
From a business standpoint, the plan supports efficiency, adaptability, and longterm flexibility. The programmed mix of private offices, team spaces, and technology supported meeting rooms allows Carson Wealth to evolve with changing team structures and client expectations. The environment is designed to scale—supporting future growth without compromising the integrity of the experience for clients or employees.
